This affects the Arm Shellshocker, Mausser, and Luger, and Core Wolverine, Navarone, and Pillager. Arm Invader and Core Roach armor increased. Arm and Core Commander D-Gun range reduced. Arm and Core Decoy Commander D-Gun range reduced. Adjustment to prevent bomber/torpedo bomber stacking from being immune to area of effect damage. Arm Janus now has the speed/acceleration/turn rate of a Jeffy, but uses 10 energy per second while moving and energy cost increased. Core Leveler has 50% more armor and regenerates, but uses 10 energy per second (whether moving or not). Core Shodan energy cost reduced. Core Oppressor armor reduced and damage increased. Also the rocket moves faster. Standardized energy make and energy use for almost all units at 1/100 their metal cost, so a 100 metal unit creates 1.0 energy per second, and while moving, uses 1.0 energy per second. There are exceptions, such as construction units, which make 1/10 their metal cost in energy, but still only use 1/100 while moving.
