ProTA 4.4 changelog

GUI notes:
- Replaced dark blue with tan
- Improved purple
- Improved various minimap/megamap colours and contrast
- Added arrows to Shipyard build pictures to build rotated versions
Gameplay notes:
- Set all aircraft plants and shipyards to hold position by default, which applies to everything built from it (previously set units individually which doesn't work)
- Added rotated versions of shipyards to improve pathfinding of exiting ships
- Fixed Decoy Commander scripts to mimic the real Commander (Core Decoy Commander swinging arms)
- Enabled campaign (completed all OTA/CC missions on hard to make sure they work, edited only one mission / some minor graphical glitches on build menus on certain missions but fixing them would require redoing all the GUIs with a different method and is not worth the effort)
- Removed scripts to disable Commander's weapons at the start of the game to fix mission where you spawn surrounded by Pyros
- Added a high default damage and special damages for all relevant units for Arm Stunner and Core Neutron to allow missiles to clear wreckages
- Removed CTRL+V shortcut from Construction Seaplanes
